Daniel Bartholomew-Poyser extends contract with National Arts Centre Orchestra as Principal Youth Conductor and takes on new role as Community Ambassador
Dispeker Artists is pleased to share the recent announcement from the National Arts Centre Orchestra of Daniel Bartholomew-Poyser’s contract extension as Principal Youth Conductor for an additional three seasons, starting the 26-27 season. With the extension, Daniel will also take on a new role as Community Ambassador.
Bartholomew-Poyser currently holds similar positions with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra as Barrett Principal Education Conductor and Community Ambassador, San Francisco Symphony as Resident Conductor of Engagement and Education, and Symphony Nova Scotia as Artist in Residence and Community Ambassador. In addition, Daniel is Principal Guest Conductor with Ensemble Obiora in Montreal and Music Director of the National Youth Orchestra of Canada.
